Traditional Sicilian rosoli
Rosolio finds its origins in the warmth of the good earth and Sicilian hospitality.
Its preparation in Sicily dates back to the sixteenth century, it was produced at home and offered to guests as a sign of good luck; the botanicals are left to macerate patiently with a mixture of alcohol and then filtered with a subsequent addition of sugar syrup and water. The liqueur thus obtained is jealously preserved away from the sun, inside locked chests and caskets like a real treasure.
Today, Agrosan brings to the table all the authenticity of the flavours of the past through a delicious range of liqueurs made strictly like the rosolios of the past, with natural methods and according to traditional recipes.
